Whether you’re new to CX or looking to deepen your expertise, our annual conference is a space for learning, collaboration, and fresh insight.
Our most recent event, The Daniel Group’s Annual Customer Experience Conference 2025, held in Charleston, SC, brought together CX professionals and industry leaders under the theme “Design and Deliver the Next Level of CX.” The two-day, workshop-style conference featured powerful keynote presentations from Dr. Anna Kallschmidt, a pioneering industrial-organizational psychologist known for her work on social class identity in the workplace, and Kerri Podewell, Vice President at International Motors, who shared how her team is leveraging technology to elevate the customer experience. Their insights set the tone for interactive sessions on design thinking, effective communication, workforce engagement, and tech innovation. Attendees also had the option to participate in our CX Leadership Certification program, a comprehensive two-day training held immediately after the conference.
