The Daniel Group Expands CX Team
As a customer feedback company for B2B industries, we naturally seek our clients’ feedback to improve our services too. We always advise our clients to respond and act on customer feedback and then communicate those actions. So to that end, we are pleased to announce that we have responded to their feedback and are improving how we meet their ongoing support needs. We are expanding our team with two new positions; Sr. Data Analyst and CX Improvement Manager.
Sr. Data Analyst | Robyn Miller
Robyn Miller
Robin Miller joins as the new Sr. Data Analyst. She is a graduate of Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia and has years of experience working with many software applications. She is very well versed in extensive back-end macro coding and has exceptional troubleshooting skills. In Robyn’s past experiences she has utilized detail-oriented and innovative thinking to design elegant solutions to meet businesses’ needs, all while ensuring all the details have been thoroughly investigated for feasibility and efficiencies. Robyn will be working closely with new clients on the technical setup and working with existing clients to solve data-related issues. We are excited by the skills she brings to us.
CX Improvement Manager | Maria Diamantis
Maria Diamantis
Maria Diamantis joins as the new CX Improvement Manager. She earned her Master of Science degree at Georgia Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at NC State University. She past experiences include VP at Bank of America and Owner/President of her own company, Pribas Enterprises, Inc. Maria’s help clients to identify ways to improve customer experiences. She will also conduct market research. Her leadership skills will undoubtedly prove to be a great asset for The Daniel Group.
