Maria Diamantis joins as the new CX Improvement Manager. She earned her Master of Science degree at Georgia Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at NC State University. She past experiences include VP at Bank of America and Owner/President of her own company, Pribas Enterprises, Inc. Maria’s help clients to identify ways to improve customer experiences. She will also conduct market research. Her leadership skills will undoubtedly prove to be a great asset for The Daniel Group.
