As a Sr. Client Success Manager, Angela is responsible for developing client relationships and manages a portfolio of clients, ensuring the satisfaction of their CX program.
Angela delivers daily support to clients, coordinates client onboarding, and helps execute special reports and projects.
Before joining The Daniel Group in 2007, she worked in account management, Human Resources, and restaurant management.
Angela grew up in Michigan and received her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
