Two Important Lessons Learned in Customer Service

To explain these lessons, we need to tell you a little about our business.  We provide services to business-to-business companies designed to help them measure, manage, and improve customer service.  Typical clients include distributors of construction and power systems equipment (Caterpillar), large material handling companies, and manufacturers such as AGCO Corporation and Okuma North America, among others. 


Customer Service and Closing the Loop

Talking about poor customer service from your cable service providers would not be interesting.  After all, this is the expectation, and the reality that most of us experience with these companies.  I do want to tell you about one recent experience with Time Warner Business Class here in Charlotte, NC.  More specifically, I want to highlight one important thing that they failed to do.

The Daniel Group will be attending the Holt Brothers Foundation Playoff Party January 19, 2014 at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh, NC.

The Holt Brothers Foundation was founded to help children who have a parent with cancer. They have great programs like KidsCan! And Camp Kesem that provide emotional support, peer empathy, and inspiration to children in these difficult situations.


Caterpillar Marketing Conference 2013 – Marketing your Service Brand

First, we would like to thank Caterpillar and everyone who made it out to the 2013 CAT Marketing Conference in New Orleans. It was great meeting new people and hanging out with some of our old friends. Lynn, Wendy, Iris, Laura, and I had an amazing time and really appreciate being involved.
